Reservations & Payments

What is the minimum stay?: The minimum stay is 2 nights. One-night bookings are not accepted.
Do you offer discounts for long stays?: Yes, discounts are available depending on the length of your stay. Please contact us with your preferred dates and we will send you a quote.
Are meals included in the accommodation fee?: Meals are not included. You are welcome to use the kitchen, cooking utensils, and tableware to enjoy self-catering.
Are ingredients or seasonings provided?: Basic seasonings such as salt, sugar, and soy sauce are not provided for hygiene reasons. Please bring your own if needed.
What payment methods are accepted?: Payment is required in advance by credit card at the time of booking.
Can I add more guests?: The maximum capacity is 10 guests. Additional guests without prior approval are not permitted. If the number of guests exceeds the reservation, an additional charge equal to double the standard extra guest fee (6,000 JPY per person) will be applied.
What is the cancellation policy?: Cancellation fees apply as follows. Please refer to the Accommodation Terms “Appendix 2 (Cancellation Fees)” for details.

How do I check in?: This property offers self check-in. The door access code will be sent by email or message the day before check-in, so no key handover is required. In accordance with Japanese law, all guests are required to upload a valid ID by the day before check-in.
Can you store my luggage before check-in or after check-out?: We are unable to store valuables. Please manage your belongings by yourself.
Is there anything I should note when checking out?: When checking out, please wait a few seconds until the door is fully locked by the auto-lock system. Please also check carefully for forgotten items, especially inside the refrigerator.
Is early check-in or late check-out available?: Early check-in is not available. Late check-out may be possible depending on availability on the day. Please refer to Article 9 of the Accommodation Terms for details. If available, an additional fee will apply:

Can I stay with children?: Children are welcome. However, as the villa is surrounded by nature, insects or snakes may appear. Please take care for safety during your stay.
What is the child rate?: Up to two children aged 5 or under may stay free of charge when sharing beds. Children aged 6 and above will be charged the adult rate.
Are pets allowed?: Pets are not allowed so that guests with animal allergies can stay comfortably.

Can I access the villa by public transportation?: Unfortunately, there are no trains or buses near the property. In return, you can enjoy a quiet stay surrounded by nature, away from the hustle and bustle of town. We recommend renting a car at Asahikawa Airport or Asahikawa Station to explore Biei freely.
Are there convenience stores or supermarkets nearby?: Central Biei (supermarket, restaurants) is a 10-minute drive away. We recommend stopping by before check-in.
Is parking available?: Free on-site parking is available exclusively for guests. There is space for up to two vehicles, which you may use freely.

Is Wi-Fi available?: High-speed Wi-Fi is available, suitable for remote work and streaming.
What amenities are provided?: The following amenities are provided for a comfortable stay:
・Towels: bath towels and face towels
・Bath amenities: shampoo, conditioner, body soap
・Personal care items: toothbrush set, cotton swabs
・Hair appliances: Dyson hair dryer
Is smoking allowed?: Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property, indoors or outdoors.
Is the tap water drinkable?: Yes. Our water comes from natural groundwater and is safe to drink straight from the tap.
Do you have a baby cot or high chair?: One baby cot and one high chair are available.

As the villa is surrounded by nature, insects may appear depending on the season. Thank you for your understanding.
After using the dishes, we kindly ask that you wash them and return them to their original place for the next guests.
As natural groundwater is used, the bath water may occasionally contain a small amount of sand.
Depending on the season, wildlife such as bears or foxes may be seen. Please do not leave food or drinks outside and refrain from going out at night. Follow standard outdoor safety precautions.
Winter in Biei brings heavy snow and icy roads. Please drive slowly and carefully. The area is especially dark at night, so extra caution is required.
During winter, the entire house is heated by one heater installed in the living room. The first floor tends to warm up more easily, so we recommend using the first-floor bedroom. To reduce energy consumption, the initial temperature setting is kept slightly lower (around 20°C). If you feel cold, please feel free to adjust the temperature up to around 25°C (77°F).
In winter, please do not turn off the stove to prevent the water pipes from freezing.
To prevent malfunctions, air conditioning heating is not available in winter (the remote control is not provided).
Snow removal is not provided during your stay. If needed, please use the snow removal tools located next to the entrance for light snow clearing.
